Shipping & Return Policy

  • SHIPPING: 

Enjoy FREE USPS shipping on all domestic orders over $75. 

Please allow 5-7 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Gypsea Jewels Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

  • RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date you receive your package - if the item is in the original condition and has no visible sign of use/wear.

All purchases that were made using a promotional code or listed as a sale item are Final Sale, no exceptions. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, Gypsea Jewels Shop is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments,  we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

To initiate a return, please email hello@gypseajewelsshop.com so that we are aware of your return. We will provide you with the return address and ask that you provide us with the tracking number. If your return arrives 7 days later than the date you received your package, your return will not be accepted.

Your refund will be made in the form of a Store Credit.
